This band has never been better than it was in 1999.

love these guys. Weirdest lyrics ever in the history of song, but damn they are tight

Their official live album is stellar. My band used to do a killer cover of Randy Described Eternity.

I never even tried to cover them, because the lyrics would get someone all confused. That song in particular is one of my faves by them. Hit it once every thousand years...

The lyrics to that song and the images they conjure up are so utterly bizarre. We were a sort of "spacerock" band so it blended well with the oeuvre. Mostly though it was just an opportunity for an interminable effects heavy guitar jam. Which was in reality our true oeuvre.

I am actually listening to "there is no enemy" now. 10 years past 99 but it was a solid efforts. I probably got into them in 99, about 2 years past my acid days. Good thing or I might still be stuck in that song
